How to join IT Solutions BPO?
Joining our team is a four-staged process:
Step 1 – Scroll through the available positions on the careers page and submit your application fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the job post.
Step 2- Your application will be reviewed and screened by the specialized recruitment experts within the next 2 business days
Step 3- If you are shortlisted, you will receive a call for phone screening followed by scheduling an in-house/online interview with HR (if you succeed the phone screening), technical interview with the panel/project lead.
Step 4- You will receive an email updating your interview status guiding you through the process of on boarding, if you are selected for the position or reconsideration for any other position, otherwise.
